A pal explains, “His family is his main priority.” And let’s not forget—George’s not afraid to get his hands dirty when it comes to parenting. “It’s my job,” he says. “What’s the point of being a parent if you don’t get your hands dirty? That’s what it’s all about.” Amal, 39, is also a huge part of George’s happiness. Their lives may be busy, but they’re committed to each other. “He never wants to leave her, and she feels the same way,” the friend confides.
Will George Walk Away From Hollywood?
Now, here’s the thing: it’s not likely that George, 56, will completely walk away from Hollywood. “He really is an artist at heart,” his friend explains. “He’ll take fewer acting roles, that’s for sure. But he won’t be able to walk away so easily. And Amal knows that, too.”
After selling his Casamigos tequila company for a cool $1 billion, George will likely focus his time and money on the things that matter most to him—political causes and projects like Catch-22. “Don’t be surprised if the twins join him on sets,” the friend tells Closer. “Once they’re a little older, of course!”
