On Monday, Feb. 26, Reese Witherspoon stepped out at the LA premiere of A Wrinkle in Time, bringing along her lookalike kids, Ava Phillippe, 18, and Deacon, 14. Picture this: the blonde beauty walking the red carpet with her doppelganger daughter and son in tow. Ava and Reese? Total twins. Reese shares Ava and Deacon with her ex, Ryan Phillippe. And if that wasn’t heartwarming enough, she’s also a proud mom to Tennesse, 5, with her current husband, Jim Toth. Talk about a family affair!
Reese turned heads in a dazzling red sequined dress, while Ava commanded attention in a chic little black dress. Deacon, although not walking the red carpet with his mom and sister, made an appearance on their Instagram stories before the big event. Meanwhile, Tennesse stayed home during the premiere, but Reese revealed that he's a huge fan of the movie’s story. “He’s asleep, but he would be here,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “He’s gonna see the movie the minute it opens. He’s so excited.”

The star of Legally Blonde was thrilled to bring her kids along for the Wrinkle in Time red carpet experience. “They know everything, and I can’t wait to hear what they think,” she said of the movie. When asked about her casting, she shared a funny moment with her son. “The first thing my son said when I got cast was, ‘Aren’t these supposed to be a bunch of old ladies?’ And I said, ‘No, this is a re-imagining.’ He replied, ‘Doesn’t make any sense,’ but that’s the beauty of this book—it’s a classic, yet it’s been updated for our time. It’s exciting to see what director Ava DuVernay brought to the screen.”
Reese and Ava clearly share a special bond, and they’ve both been open about their mother-daughter relationship. Ava once said, “I love being around my mom, and this photoshoot was an opportunity to have fun and support her work as a female entrepreneur.” She added, “She also brings a lot of comfort and positive energy with her to work, and I think it’s inspiring to see her personal relationships with everybody on set.”
